Even before the pandemic, workplace expectations were shifting dramatically—with employees demanding more relevance, simplicity and support from their internal tools.

For a company like this, with over 40,000 employees across a globally distributed organization, the need to modernize wasn’t just about efficiency. It was about building a workplace experience that attracts, supports and retains top talent—and ultimately strengthens the business.

The company saw a clear link between employee engagement and enterprise performance. But their existing systems—a disconnected mix of portals, HR platforms and comms tools—weren’t designed to deliver the intuitive, cohesive experience that modern employees expect.

A unified platform with the employee at the center

We created a best-in-class digital workplace experience—a mobile-friendly platform designed around real employee needs. It had to deliver the right tools, communications and actions to each employee, at the right time.

The solution streamlined a wide range of everyday interactions, from time-off requests and benefits access to learning and development. Personalized, role-based experiences replaced generic interfaces. And a unified architecture ensured that the experience felt seamless—no matter what task an employee set out to complete.

At the heart of the platform was MyExperience—an award-winning hub that consolidated critical tools and information into a single, easy-to-use interface. From navigating parental leave to managing performance reviews, MyExperience made it easier for employees to engage with the organization and take control of their careers.
